This application is to be completed for a student who moves out of the District during the current school year and is requesting permission to complete the current semester in Katy ISD. In addition, eligible full-time employees who move out of the district may request permission for their children to remain in Katy ISD until the end of the school year. The campus Principal will forward the application to the Student Transfer Office for processing.
Application for Early Enrollment Based on Documentation of Intended Residence
Families in the process of moving into any attendance zone in Katy ISD may enroll students early in the attendance zone of the future residence provided that the closing and move to the new residence will occur within the specified timeline and proper documentation is submitted. In addition, parents are responsible for providing transportation to and from school if early enrollment is granted. Prior to becoming official residents of the new campus, students who become discipline problems or who have a documented pattern of late arrivals, late pick ups and/or poor attendance may be withdrawn from that campus. This application will be processed at the campus.
