Executive Director for Maintenance & Operations
Mark has worked in the Maintenance and Operations field in public schools over thirty-five years. Serving in various positions in Spring Branch ISD for twenty-eight years, seven years in Tomball ISD as Director of Buildings and Grounds, and Director of Maintenance and Operations. He has been with Katy ISD since 2015. Mark is a member of TASBO, Gulf Coast M&O, and Texas Turf Grass Association.

Nathan has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Supervision/Construction Management. Nathan started with Katy ISD in 2003 with the construction department as a project manager. He joined the Maintenance team in 2016. Nathan is a member of TASBO.
Director of Operations
Marisol Flores Gonzales
As Director of Operations, Scott manages the custodial services for the district. He has been with Katy ISD since 2008. Scott is a member of Gulf Coast M&O, TASBO, and holds a Texas Air Conditioner Contractor’s Class B License.
Director of Utility Conservation
Avigail S. Amigleo
Manny has twenty years of school district leadership experience in the area of energy management. He has worked in Klein ISD, Spring Branch ISD, and joined Katy ISD in April 2017. Manny has had the honor of serving in various professional boards throughout his career. His latest role was Vice President on the Executive State Board of Texas Energy Manager Association. Manny is a member of the Association of Engineers, TEMA, TASBO, NSLS, & CATEE.
Assistant Director of Maintenance, Environmental
Peggy has worked in public education for thirty years, seventeen of those in Katy ISD. She has been proactively promoting a healthy school environment since 2000. Recognized as a national mentor and leader in the US EPS Tools for Schools Program, and School Healthy Indoor Environments Leadership Development (SHIELD). Peggy has served on the Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Advisory Committee for 11 years, the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS), and TASA School Facilities Subcommittee for TEA Standards. A Council of Educational Facility Planners International Member, Texas Association of School Business Officials, along with being a licensed waste water specialist, mold consultant, and mold assessor. Peggy is the named IPM Coordinator for the District.
