The Science Room
The science
classroom is a rustic wooden lodge-style building located
in a wooded environment. The perimeter of this classroom
is lined with life science exhibits and displays.
The exhibit and
displays include preserved teaching specimens from the
local area which include: plants, birds, fossils, skulls,
poisonous plants and venomous snakes, arthropods, fish,
reptiles, amphibians, arthropods, insects, small and
large mammals. Some live specimens are maintained for use
in the science lessons.
