House Bill 5 Community and Student Engagement ReportsHouse Bill 5 Community and Student Engagement Reports2014-08-07T23:58:15Z<div class="ExternalClass215BED4206E74963AC6DA80F56D4BCFD"><p dir="ltr" style="margin-right:0px;">​Texas Education Code §39.0545, as added by House Bill 5, 83rd Texas Legislature, requires all districts to evaluate the district’s performance and the performance of each campus in community and student engagement. There are compliance requirements for all campuses relating to making this information available to parents. These requirements changed this year, and there are no longer different requirements for Title I and non-Title I campuses.
