Katy ISD Safety Net System

The Safety Net is a provision for KISD students or parents to anonymously report or notify school officials of incidents or actions that may pose danger to individuals or the school. The Safety Net begins with the use of a form that is completed and placed in a Safety Net box. Each school has more than one Safety Net box. The Safety Net boxes are placed in strategic locations that afford students to deposit forms without being in the midst of others.  Taylor's boxes are in the counselors' offices and in front of the senior office. The form states the problem, and does not have to be signed. School counselors and administrators are responsible for checking the boxes and facilitating follow-up.

Please CLICK HERE to fill out a Safety Net form.

(After you fill out the form, you will need to print it out and turn it in to one of the boxes mentioned above.)
