Proof of Residence:
At the time of registration, parent/guardian should bring proof of residence: a recent utility bill (gas, water, electric) or a house or apartment lease agreement, showing the parent/guardian's name and address from the last thirty days.

Bringing course descriptions, website information of former schools, and course catalogs are most helpful. Sometimes transcripts list simply "Math" or "Science" or "Social Studies". We will need to determine what specific skills they were learning, for math –Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, etc.; science – Biology, Physics, Chemistry, etc.; Social Studies – World History, World Geography, and Economics. We want to be as fair and thorough as possible when determining credits.
If Registrars or Counselors cannot determine what the class is by title, the student will have to take a placement test to determine the credit transcribed.
Please notify the Registrars as soon as you know your student is leaving THS. Only a parent or guardian listed in our records is allowed to withdraw a student. Please have a driver's license when you come to withdraw your student, a copy must be made. 24 hour lead time is requested to complete withdrawal processing. All Library Books, Text Books, and School property must be returned before the withdrawal.

PLAN AHEAD: Allow 48 hours for processing transcripts, especially in the fall. THS cannot be held responsible for date mail is postmarked.
1. For out of state Universities, Colleges, and scholarship applications students MUST provide the $2 processing fee BEFORE a transcript will be printed.
2. For most Texas Universities, Colleges and other public institutions the transcripts will be transmitted electronically. There is still a $2 processing fee. The registrars will notify you if the transcript cannot be sent electronically.
3. See your counselor for specific information about universities on the Common Application & Send Edu.
4. A $2.00 fee will be collected for each paper transcript, whether requested as a personal copy or to be mailed.
WE DO NOT EMAIL TO PERSONAL EMAILS. If you are a former student and need a transcript sent, you will need to come into our office with your ID or you can email one of us with a copy of your ID. In your email, be sure to state your name at graduation, the year you graduated, and where you would like your transcript sent with an address. We do not issue official transcripts to individuals. This must be sent directly to the school or business who is requesting this information.
