If you need a mid-term or final transcript sent to a College or University, please log into Naviance to make these requests! If for some reason your school isn't listed in Naviance, email Mrs. Sceroler or Ms. Harris (depending on your last name: Sceroler A-K ; Harris L-Z) and let them know the following information.
- your name, student ID,
- that you were not able to request your transcript in Naviance
- if you need a mid-term or final transcript
- The name and address of the College/University/ other where you need your official transcript sent
All other transcript requests must be made in Naviance. Please note we will not be able to send final transcripts until after this semester when all grades have been entered. This usually takes a few weeks to finalize.
Diploma handout date has not been set yet. Keep checking the emails being sent out by the district.
For current, active MRHS students:
All transcript requests require a 48 hour
notice. Use Naviance to request all official transcripts being sent to
colleges. You are able to access Naviance through MyKatyCloud using your
school login credentials. Transcripts will be sent electronically by our
office, and there is no fee for electronic transmissions. If the school
does not accept electronic transcripts, we will send your transcript through
the mail and you will be contacted by the Registrar's Office to come in and pay
a $2 processing fee.
All transcripts being requested for
scholarship or personal purposes must be requested by completing a Transcript
Request form, and will require a $2 processing fee. Transcript Request
forms are available in the MRHS Registrar's Office.
Please email Mrs. Sceroler or Ms. Harris (depending on your last name:: Sceroler A-K ; Harris L-Z). Let them know the following information:
Your name when you graduated
the year you graduated
the name and address where you would like your official transcript sent
Attach a copy of your ID (drivers license) to the email to confirm your identity. Only a student can request an official transcript to be sent.
We will take care of it from there!
If you require a recommendation from a counselor, you must allow 2 weeks prior to the deadline to turn in your request.
