COVID-19 UPDATES AND ONLINE LEARNING

COVID-19 ACTUALIZACIONES VERSIÓN ESPAÑOLA

The counseling program at Mayde Creek Junior High is available to help students, parents, and teachers develop positive learning experiences.  The program consists of a variety of services and activities, including individual and group counseling, parent and teacher consultation, information services, referral assistance to other agencies in the community, student assessment, and class scheduling.

Each counselor is a licensed professional with training in human development, learning theory, counseling and consulting, career development, and other areas appropriate to the practice of counseling in a school.  Primary services of the counselors include direct academic, social, and emotional support for all students.

The counselors' suite is located near the front of the school, and appointments can be scheduled by calling your grade level counselor.  We look forward to working with all students and parents to help build a collaborative partnership that has each student's academic and personal success at its core.
